Teacher Training Refund Policy
A $500 course registration fee and deposit is required 6 weeks prior to the start date of your chosen course. Full payment must be made 3 weeks prior to the course start date.
For applicants offered a place on the course within 4 weeks of the course start date, a full payment deadline within the week of the interview will be set. If applicants fail to pay their fees in full by the indicated deadline, their place will be offered to another qualifying applicant.
Refunds and Cancellation Policies
1. Non-Refundable Fees: Course registration fee and deposit ($500) and housing placement fees are non-refundable.
2. Postponement: Students wishing to postpone their studies may do so with a four-week prior written notice. A $100.00 fee will be applied for the second request for course postponement. There is a maximum postponement of 2 times. Students postponing more than twice will have to cancel their course and re-register.
3. Cancellation and/or Withdrawal: Students who wish to withdraw from the CELTA program must provide written notification and send the notice via e-mail, fax or in person to Academic Director or Head CELTA Tutor.

Withdrawal from the program
Students who wish to postpone or withdraw from a teacher training program must provide written notification and send the notice via e-mail, fax or in person to TESL Admissions or to the Head of Teacher Training. This refund schedule concerns tuition fees only, schedule B explains the refund policy for the material and registration fee. There are no exceptions to the refund policy.

If material fees have been paid by the student and if the student is able to bring back both the resource binder and the textbook in the same condition as it was given (no writing, no bent pages, clean) the material fees will be refunded.
Registration fees are only refundable in the event that a course is cancelled by Sol Schools International causing the student unable to take the program at another date. Under no other circumstance is the registration fee refunded.
In the case where a student is expelled as outlined in the Sol Schools International policies, the student is entitled to the same refund policy schedule as listed above.
